Sewell Barn Theatre: cancellation of shows due to Covid-19

As you know, in line with Government recommendations and in common with many other theatrical venues, we have taken the very difficult decision to cancel the remainder of our 2019/20 season. This affects The Love of the Nightingale (26-28 March & 1-4 April), Amy's View (7-9 & 13-16 May), Orca (11-13 & 17-20 June) and Under Milk Wood (16-18 & 22-25 July).

If you made your booking via Ticketsource, you will have received automatic notification of a refund to the value of your ticket.

If you made your booking in person or by phone via St George's Music Shop, please contact them (01603 626414

or email to sales@stgeorgesmusic.co.uk) to arrange your refund.

This is a very difficult time for local theatres. The Sewell Barn is a charity (277724 Sewell Barn Theatre Trust), staffed entirely by volunteers and operating on a very limited budget. Would it be possible for you to donate us the value of your ticket by not claiming a refund?

We very much hope that all shows affected by this situation will appear in the 2020-2021 season. Whatever your decision, we hope that you will return to the theatre in more settled times and support us once again, purchasing a fresh ticket for the show.

Thank you for your continuing support.
